"Establishing PITCH as a foundation is a challenge, and our wishes have been fulfilled so far. But this was made possible only thanks to the support and the ideas provided by our friends on the Honorary Committee and elsewhere. We thank you all, whose names appear in PITCH pages, as well as Alexandra, Bruno, Erik, George, Harry, Marek, Margot, Michele, Mike, ..." The PITCH Board members
